Construction permits
Technical file and building licence before the Ministry of Housing, Habitat and Buildings.

- New builds, extensions, structural remodelling and project changes.

Land use and municipal permits
Land-use clearance and authorisations from the municipality where the project sits.

- Municipal government (Ayuntamiento) of the project’s location
- Applies to
- Any project that must confirm its intended use is compatible with the zoning.

Environmental permits
Environmental authorisation before the Ministry of Environment, according to project category.

- Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources
- Applies to
- Projects that require environmental review because of size, use or location.

Utility and agency clearances
Water authorities, power distributors, Fire Department, Civil Aviation, Tourism and others.

- CAASD / INAPA, EDEs, Fire Department, IDAC, MITUR, among others
- Applies to
- Projects that need water or power feasibility, fire safety approval or sector-specific clearances.
